Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience supporting students with SEMH or relevant strengths in SEN education.
- Strong understanding of Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs and successful support strategies.
- Patience, empathy, and a compassionate approach to diverse needs.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students.
- Awareness of sensory sensitivities and creating a sensoryfriendly environment.
- Familiarity with SEMHspecific interventions and approaches (desirable).
