THIS IS A BUSY AND ACTIVE ROLE FOR SOMEONE LOOKING FOR A PART TIME JOB

_Hours of work are Thursday and Friday, 9 am to 5.30 pm_
Our client are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. You will be speaking customers who take a range of services, and advising them on what to do next

  • On a day to day basis you will:
  • Provide support where possible on the initial call
  • Escalate the call to a technical assistant when necessary
  • Follow up calls to ensure they are resovled
  • Record and update records to make sure all the details are taken
  • Be helpful and proactive to your customers

You will need to:

  • Have a good working knowlwdge of Microsoft Office
  • Be able to communicate well
  • Pick up new technology quickly
  • Have great team working skills
