Rangeford Villages provides a new approach to retirement living.

We provide accommodation to anyone aged 60+, in a welcoming community and an enviable location in the lively and picturesque village of Pickering, with its independent shops and historic attractions at the gateway to the North York Moors.

Our village is modern and spacious, with a cheerful atmosphere that enables residents to live as independently as they desire in their own homes.

We are recruiting a
Wellbeing Worker to cover late shifts on either a 20 hour per week contract or a casual bank cover basis, there will also be opportunity to pick up additional shifts.

The right person will enjoy providing an environment where residents feel safe and secure along with supporting residents with their well-being, and provide meaningful activities to suit all residents.

You must be flexible in your working pattern and be able to work a 7 day rota.

We are looking for people who are warm, friendly and sensitive to the needs of residents; therefore you must enjoy the company of older people.

Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided. The right approach, willingness to learn and working well as part of a team are very important.

£10.60 per hour
