We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to join an existing brigade of passionate and enthusiastic chefs in a modern gastro pub, producing quality dishes using only the freshest ingredients.

This modern Restaurant, based in the outskirts of Chelmsford, are seeking an enthusiastic Chef de Partie who ideally has a high-volume, fresh food background, is creative and passionate in their cooking and whom is looking to move into a professional kitchen.

The Restaurant has a vibrant feel and can serve up to 200 covers per service, and all food is sourced within the area from excellent suppliers.

The Menu is Modern British in design and there is also a specials board which changes daily depending on what thesuppliers have in fresh on that day.

Due to the location, a driver is preferred, but the venue is accessible by public transport.
