Job description:

Provide administrative and operational support to the investment and distribution teams.

This will include, but not be limited to the following key areas:

Gather information for the purposes of regulatory and investment reporting
Creating and maintaining reports, marketing materials and client presentations
Drafting and updating RfPs and due diligence questionnaires
Middle office functions such as payment monitoring, loan reporting and data collection
Point of contact for internal and external information requests
Support all appropriate reporting deadlines
Specific and ad hoc daily/weekly & monthly tasks
Graduate qualification
Significant experience in PowerPoint, Excel, and data modelling
Prior experience of working within financial services or within investment operations a bonus
Excellent communication and organisational skills

Salary:
