Motor Insurance Account Handler

Location:
Dudley

Salary:
£24,000 - £27,000 (Depending on experience)

The Company:

We are working on behalf of an established and traditional insurance broker in the Dudley area.

They offer a great working environment and culture as well as providing support towards insurance exams and career progression.


The Role:


You will work in a specialist motor insurance division focusing and providing a niche scheme to a particular customer base.

You will be dealing with the customer at new business, renewal and mid-term adjustment stages.


You will be required to work independently but also as a team and hold a professional and mature approach to your working day, looking to add a valuable contribution and position within the company.


The Required Skills:

Insurance experience is essential, ideally within motor insurance

Good customer services and communication skills both verbal and written

Ability to manage a busy workload and work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high levels of attention to detail and compliance procedures
