The Opportunity
Financial Controller required for a 12 month maternity cover for a large business in Newcastle upon Tyne. Working as part of the Senior Finance team with responsibility for financial and regulatory reporting and finance operations.

The Role

The Financial Controller will be responsible for delivering:

  • Accurate and timely statutory and regulatory reporting
  • Compliance with all tax obligations
  • Ensure efficient processes and financial controls are in place
  • Assist in delivery of commercial projects across the group

The Person:


  • Qualified Accountant.
  • Solid technical ability gained from a previous role or career in audit.

  • Hybrid working with typically 2 days in the office.
