Care Assistant - The Grange Care Home in Newport near Saffron Walden CB11 -Part of the Country Court Family****Hours

Days 44 Hours per week, working weekends on rota (Shift Times 0800 to 2000)**The Grange Care Home offers familyled residential and specialist dementia care for up to 40 residents. Situated in the Debden Grange Retirement Village, our care home is close to Saffron Walden and just a short drive from Cambridge. Led by the manager, our fantastic team offer highly compassionate, personalised care, that is tailored to the needs of each individual.

ABOUT YOU
Our fantastic care assistants are at the heart of our homes & provide vital day-to-day support to our residents.

Having those care values is vital to share a happy home:

Have a friendly & caring attitude
Ability to communicate effectively, with patience & understanding
Able to work well with others & be part of a team
Experience as a Care Assistant is preferred but not essential
Have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social care is a great advantage or be willing to work towards this.
