Description
This dynamic boutique investment team with a focus in early stage tech start-ups seek a Team PA to join them in their friendly, social office near Soho.
You will have a minimum of 2 years experience supporting a team as a Team Assistant or Personal Assistant, love supporting multiple people, be educated to A-level or equivalent and above, hold strong IT skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, bewell presented and spoken, be confident in your abilities and always be willing to support with tasks outside of the job description.
- Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
- Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
- International travel itineraries, including arranging travel, visas and accommodation;
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
- Organizing and maintaining the presentation of the common office space and meeting rooms;
- Maintaining office equipment such as copiers for smooth office functionality and managing office supplies
- Liaising with the building management regarding all office maintenance
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
- Meeting preparation producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and staff;
- Assisting with event management;
- Being a focal point of contact for the team
