Job Descriptionfor the Customer Service Co-ordinator job

  • Liaising with tenants to book appointments
  • Input and update the CRM
  • Providing administrative support to team
  • Act as first point of contact for tenants over the phone
  • Liaising with engineers planning and scheduling routes
  • Ensuring the engineers have enough planned work
  • Diary management
  • Input and update CRM system
  • General ad hoc responsibilities as required

Job skills required for the Customer Service Co-ordinator job

  • Strong administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills and phone manner
  • Ability to work as part of a busy team
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
