Job Descriptionfor the Customer Service Co-ordinator job
- Liaising with tenants to book appointments
- Input and update the CRM
- Providing administrative support to team
- Act as first point of contact for tenants over the phone
- Liaising with engineers planning and scheduling routes
- Ensuring the engineers have enough planned work
- Diary management
- Input and update CRM system
- General ad hoc responsibilities as required
Job skills required for the Customer Service Co-ordinator job
- Strong administration experience
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner
- Ability to work as part of a busy team
- Experience using CRM systems
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
