50% in Hemel Hempstead and 50% Remote.
An exceptional opportunity for a driven and dynamic individual to develop and drive my clients global brand communication.
Reporting to the head of Brand Strategy office, you'll lead our global brand communications, oversee the expansion and consistency of the brand, manage our media relationships, and creation of annual corporate reports pertaining to ESG, financial performanceand other business-related activities.
The Brand Strategy Office is responsible for the brand strategy and design, media and communication plans for our brand, marketing assets for our products and corporate sustainability strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition.
- Implement and execute strategic brand initiatives to enhance visibility, value and business growth.
- Strengthen and cultivate relationships with news, mainstream, business, print and online media as well as nonprofit organizations and key industry collaborators.
- Create and implement opportunities to connect executives with the press, prepare briefing materials and review press releases.
- Accountable for all global creative outputs inclusive of corporate web site content, corporate profile, annual report and ESG communication
- Monitor and ensure corporate brand integrity across all product segments, platforms (internal & external) and communication channels.
- Build awareness of ESG work in mainstream press outlets.
- Assist in preparation of ESG communications material related to corporate sustainability for internal and external audiences.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Minimum Degree in marketing, communication, public relation, or related field
- You will likely have extensive experience in brand/corporate communications or public relations from multiple roles in global PR consulting firm and/or global brand company.
- Existing relationships and experience dealing with media, including proven success of coverage in news outlets, mainstream media, and business press.
- Demonstrable experience of enhancing brand value through the execution and alignment to business strategy
- Strong project management skills, experience working on multiple projects with crossfunctional teams in a global corporate environment.
- Outstanding communications skills and ability to transform complex narrative into distinct messaging to a variety of audiences (media, employees etc)
- Excellent writing, editing, and copyediting skills.
- Excellent communicator with great people management and interpersonal skills.
Essential:
- Brand strategy & brand communication in corporate level (Not channel or product marketing)
- IPO experience is not required but is definitely preferred
- Experience in media Relations with business and finance media
- C-Suite media briefing experience
