Why this role is important to us
  • The team you will be joining is part of the Global Client Service division within State Street focused on providing asset owners and their appointed managers with timely and accurate answers to questions they have to supportthe effective delivery of their Investment activity.
This role will be key to ensuring we have an appropriate level of oversight from an individual with an ability to solve problems, coordinate cross team work assignment, and identify and mitigate emergingrisk.
What you will be responsible for
  • As Client Service Manager you will monitor query volumes and resource allocation across the service team to meet agreed Service Level Expectations (SLE's).
Proactively engage with Asset Manager clients to resolve complexor recurring issues. Improve client sentiment rating as measured through service feedback/surveys. Promote operational risk excellence culture within the team. Work closely with Client Service Managers in support of their allocated Asset Manager clients. Identifyoperational changes and the technical support required to achieve. Work with Product & technology teams to define requirements. Ensure complex issues are escalated as needed and review aged inquiries to ensure proper and timely resolution. Identify and reportall risk and compliance issues, breaches and suspicious activities. Monitor progress and assist in the development of staff.

High level of Risk Awareness Education& Preferred Qualifications Education to Degree level preferable though not essential. Relevant industry level qualifications preferable.
