  • Sharp's is proud of consistently turning out the highest quality beer for our customers and we currently have an opportunity for a Brewing Team Member to join our existing team of amazing Brewers. This individual will be a key member of the Brewing Team brewing our beers in line with the daily requirements of our production plans in a safe and timely manner whilst maintaining the best possible standards of quality and hygiene which go into making our exceptional products
    The Responsibilities
  • Work in a safe, responsible, honest and considerate manner becoming a key team player.
  • Conduct the required tasks according to the standard operating procedures for production with a focus on continuous learning displaying a growth mindset.
  • Deliver the daily production requirements in a timely, safe and efficient manner
  • Maintain plant hygiene standards and report quality or equipment defects prior to progressing beer through the production process stages. Always displaying great attention to detail at every step.

Skills

  • GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) as a minimum
  • Team work and flexibility within role.
  • Problem solving

Hours of work

  • Based on a 3 week rolling rota:
  • Week 1: Early 6am
  • 2pm
  • Week 2: Late 2pm 10pm
  • Week 3: Nights 10pm 6am starting on Sunday night, finishing on Thursday night
  • Please note: there may be some occasions where you may be required to work some hours at a weekend.
