Job Purpose:


As a Customer Service Coordinator, your role is pivotal in delivering outstanding service to new and existing buyers and in working closely with our supply chain colleagues.

You will provide support to customers on a European/global level and to multiple customer and channel partners located through Europe and the rest of the world, where needed.


Responsibilities:


  • Generate quotations and offers in response to customer request
  • Support with new customer account setup by providing the customer information requested by Finance
  • Order processing
  • Monitor open customer orders and notify the appropriate department if order is not being progressed efficiently
  • Communicate price changes, create and maintain pricing documentation and system information
  • Support adhoc document requests from customers
  • Assure fulfilment of special customer requests
  • Generate regular and adhoc reports for sales management
  • Maintain customer contact database
  • Support and manage assigned 'B' customer accounts
  • Provide sales related information for internal departments
  • Support Finance/Accounts Receivable with cash collections/mediation in the event of a customer dispute
  • Filing sales documentation according to internal and external (legal) requirements
  • Help to build good customer relations
  • Coordinate and manage the customer return material and credit request process
  • Handle complaints/queries from customers, including followup with internal and external customers to reach an acceptable conclusion by all parties
  • Support customers by coordinating actions of internal departments to provide acceptable solutions to customers

Requirements & Qualifications:


  • GCSE Grade 4 Maths and English or equivalent or through previous proven experience
  • Pricing knowhow / competitor awareness

  • Language Fluency: English. Other languages are desirable
