Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Workload Management: Assist in organizing the Consulting Director's schedule, ensuring an efficient allocation of time to priority projects, client meetings, and internal management tasks.

Travel and Meeting Coordination: Arrange all logístical aspects of travel and client meetings, including preparing meeting agendas, ensuring the availability of presentation materials, and taking detailed notes during meetings to capture discussions and agreed-upon next steps.

Direct Client Engagement: Accompany the Consulting Director to client meetings as required, participating actively and providing support in capturing key points and action items.

Team Task Management and Allocation: Organize team tasks, allocate work to staff members based on project needs and individual expertise, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.

Weekly Status Reporting: Compile and present a comprehensive weekly report to the Consulting Director, summarizing project statuses, team achievements, and areas requiring attention.

24/7 Flexible Support: Offer flexible, around-the-clock support to address urgent matters, support the Consulting Director's needs, and ensure the continuity of client service and project success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of proven experience in an executive administrative or similar role within a consulting environment, demonstrating an ability to manage complex schedules and client relationships.
- Exceptional organizational, timemanagement, and prioritization skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Advanced communication skills, including the ability to effectively capture meeting discussions and translate them into actionable plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and other relevant tools.
- Willingness to travel and provide ontheground support during client meetings and engagements.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality on sensitive matters.
Salary:
£1,500.00-£2,500.00 per month
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
