  • WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days at our Watford site

An opportunity has arisen for a forward-thinking and proactive person to join the Accounts Payable team, ensuring that all suppliers are accurately maintained and process deadlines are met.

What you'll need

  • Experience of dealing with Dealer, Funder and Supplier payments, Processing Manual Purchase and Purchase Order Invoices
  • Paying and charging Employee Expenses, in accordance to Company policy including Staff Car Payments
  • Maintain the Company credit card receipts and complete statement reconciliations
  • Liaise with suppliers and responding to queries
  • Allocation of cash in a timely and accurate manner
  • Have experience of handling the Aged Creditors Control Account, including reconciliation
And any experience of these would be really useful

  • Relevant knowledge and understanding in a similar role
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder
  • Strong organisational skills and works well as part of a team but can proactively selfmanage task
  • A proven ability to proactively plan, problem solve and prioritise and ability to work well and quickly under pressure
  • Selfmotivated, driven, strong attention to detail with a flexible approach
  • Excel/PC literate
