£32,000 to £34,000 per annum - regular overtime available, dependant on team workload
What you'll be doing:
- Raising of service requests and expedition of subcontract repairs
- Expedition and oversight of jobs / department workload with escalation of issues to management
- Managing internal/external customer queries
- Add bill lines and price to service requests
- Processing exchange/loan or replacement service orders
- Guide, mentor and coach team on Oracle processes and know how
- Resolve all department queries in a timely manner
- Develop team competency matrices and generate/deliver associated training plans
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Previous administration/ coordination experience
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office word, excel, PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Oracle
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills
- Ability to support, mentor and coach others
Desirable:
- Business related Qualification City & Guilds or equivalent is desirable but extensive training will be given
- Working knowledge of manufacturing or repairs environment
- Previous team leading experience

The Integrated Project Team:
This is a role to streamline the repairs and spares process and reduce turnaround times by eliminating unnecessary hand-offs between departments.
This role is vital to the Support and Industrialisation (S&I) organisation; ensuring customer needs are satisfied through accurate processing of detailed information.
You will actively work to improve existing and future processes within the department, working cross functionally with other departments to streamline the organisation.
