An opportunity has arisen for a Student Services Advisor to join the Student Services Advisor Team within the Student Services Department, on a full time permanent basis, working 37 hours per week across Monday to Friday.

Much of the work is targeted and can be intensive and pressurised.

Consequently the successful applicant will need well developed interpersonal, IT and organisational skills and be able to work under pressure, communicating well with all customers.


An enthusiastic approach to work with a 'can do' attitude, with the ability to work under your own initiative is essential.

Flexibility is also key, as there will be some evening and weekend work required for recruitment events at the main campus and at our satellite centres.

Please note that the interview process will include a short data task and role-play activity.
