Team Spirits Airport Operations is looking to add to our ever-expanding team based at Edinburgh Airport, working alongside luxury brands, in a vibrant and fast paced retail environment.

Are you enthusiastic, outgoing and charismatic, with a drive for commitment and hard work?

Sales driven with a willingness to further your knowledge?

Then you could have what we are looking for.


The role includes a wide variety of opportunity, promoting fragrance, beauty and liquor products within the World of Duty-Free store, as well as the opportunity to work in many areas of Edinburgh Airport, including restaurants, security and other retail outlets.

You will need to be confident working towards targets as this role is not only customer facing but sales driven, as well as possessing excellent customer service skills.


You must be available to work full-time, shifts which will entail a mixture of earlies and lates and you must be 18 or over due to handling liquor and tobacco.

An early shift can start from 4am for a duration of between 6 to 12 hours.

Flexibility with hours is a necessity.


Key skills needed:


  • Possess excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Be confident in engaging the customer in the brand experience and story
  • Educate passengers with your product knowledge
  • Wellpresented and groomed
  • Willing to receive and deliver in house training
  • Drive sales working towards set targets
  • Maximise sales by traffic stopping to encourage curiosity and customer interaction
