  • We are looking for a
    Public Sector and Commercial Administrator in our Wakefield office.
  • In this exciting role, you will assist with sales orders and reporting information, helping to analyse and present sales information to the sales team, commercial managers and public sector contractual bodies. You will also support with CRM system management, enabling accurate information flow between Sharp HQ, Field Base Sales personnel, customers and public sector framework bodies.
  • We will give you full CRM training. The ideal person will be very well organised with great attention to details, able to pull together and organise sales data, and be confident in liaising with people at all levels inside and outside the organisation.
  • Hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 working from home.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare public sector framework progress reports.
  • Prepare sales dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  • Input CRM sales information
  • Data preparation, query resolutions, accuracy monitoring in the CRM system.
  • Support the CRM Lead with system updates.
  • Support with CRM training updates for the sales team
  • Manage the Public Sector Customer service inbox, liaising with Sales Managers as required.
  • Provide background analysis and attend external account reviews

Person Specification:

Previous experience in a sales administration type role is ideal but not essential

  • Previous experience with a CRM system is ideal but not essential
  • Ability to communicate confidently at all levels
  • Strong administration and data handling experience.
  • Experience of working in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word skills
  • Excellent numeracy, literacy skills, spelling and grammar skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills and confident telephone manner.
  • Helpful and approachable but sensitive to confidentiality issues
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Able to build good working relationships and establish credibility quickly
  • Proactive and keen to share new ideas
