Key Role:


Operate as a welcoming, warm, and friendly face of Booz Allen, creating a personal experience that integrates and guides people into the Booz Allen family.

Be the first point of contact for all new joiners as they transition to Europe, irrespective of where they are in that journey.

Be on-the-ground support for all staff in country as they navigate their new employer, team, role, and country. Enable introductions to the relevant internal teams to help familiarization.

Understand Booz Allen benefits and allowances sufficiently to be able to help employees navigate the relevant teams to get answers to the questions they may have.

Understand the local environment and location sufficiently to help employees get the information and access they need. Understand and help translate the local culture and what that means for day to day living.


Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
  • 2+ years of experience with Office365 Product Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and WebEx
  • Experience working in the Molesworth area
  • Ability to interface collaboratively with various levels of internal executives, employees, and external clients
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive material concerning the organization and the executive's role within the organization
  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Booz Allen experience preferred
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
