Description

This is great time to join a lovely Comms team, working for a professional service body as a Senior Communication and Engagement Consultant.

You must have pensions or similar background this is a permanent role paying £30-37K (plus excellent benefits and generous holiday) based in Buckinghamshire, Liverpool or Glasgow.


Responsibilities:

Engage with existing and clients in relation to their internal communications

Communicate pension and other employee benefits content to members (through clear and simple written copy, creative thinking and effective delivery)

Demonstrate project management experience and the ability to build relationships with clients, understanding their needs and environment

Liaising with clients and working through different communications strategies

Provide copy for off line materials such as announcements, newsletters, booklets, personalized statements, posters, etc.

Provide copy for on line websites, 4me, webinars etc.


Key experience must include:

Minimum of GSCE Grade '5' or 'C' in Maths and English or able to demonstrate this level

Excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to communicate technical material to a non-technical audience

Previous experience of employee benefits and total reward is an advantage
