Key responsibilities:

  • Brewing tea and making tea lattes;
  • Making snacks;
  • Organising deliveries;
  • Promoting retail sales;
  • Training staff; and,
  • Communicating with customers on various beverage and food options.
  • At least one year of experience in catering (coffee shops, tea shops barista experience preferred);
  • Keen interest in tea (a must); and,
  • Interest in Korean culture (preferred).
The full-time role will be on a permanent basis and will be developed as a manager. Please state if you are interested in working full-time or part-time when applying, with the number of hours/days available.


Your primary location of work will be Shoreditch, but you may also be required to work from our flagship store on Exmouth Marke, Clerkenwell from time to time.

You must be able to prove your rights to work in the U.K.
