London Bridge SE- 2 weeks training full time in office then Hybrid 2 days in office 3 days from home

Our client are looking for an experienced finance assistant to join their team on an ongoing contract to covered a busy period of the financial year.
Job Role -
- Reviewing invoices received to ensure validity.
- Ensure all invoices are entered on to the purchase ledger system daily as per departmental deadlines.
- Match invoices with PO's for processing approval and payment.
- Ensure all invoices are correctly authorised per the Financial Regulations.
- Minimum 12 years working in a finance/accounts/purchase ledger role
- Basic knowledge of Data protection i.e. Confidentiality and Equal Opportunities.
- Selfmotivated, performance driven with initiative to assess complex situations and make decisions quickly and effectively and deliver excellent internal and external customer service.
