Description

Administer and support the reporting of compliance, attendance and feedback in relation to Trust Induction and Statutory and Mandatory Training for new starters

Support the facilitation of the Trust Induction Welcome Day and provide presentation cover for the 'Welcome to the Trust' session during absence and annual leave
Use excellent communication skills, giving clear and concise explanations and instructions that will enable individuals with progress on their career development journey
Supervise the Training and Development administrators

The Training and Development Induction team is a small team that administers and delivers all Induction training for over 300 new starters a month.

Trust Inductions are held 4 times a month in Worthing and Brighton.
