We are currently seeking two dedicated and experienced Pickers to join our client's team in Birmingham (B11). If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy working with a fantastic team, and possess the skills we're looking for, we want to hear from you


Position:
Picker (2 positions available)


Location:
Birmingham (B11)


Work Schedule:
Sunday-Thursday, 14:00-02:00


Payrate:
£12.59/h + £100 weekly bonus


Responsibilities:


  • Work in a chilled environment, ensuring the efficient picking of products.
  • Prepare and assemble orders to meet client requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with Romanian clients; fluency in Romanian (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar picking role.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Excellent communication skills in Romanian.
