An exciting opportunity to join a growing team within a luxury retailer as an experienced Finance Administrator. Due to consistent growth and success. Our client now needs a newly designed role to join at a very exciting time. Based within one of their Londonstores.
You will play a key part in supporting the executive sales team and senior management with Finance and administration, such as any enquiries regarding client finance, reserves or other requests.
You will be part of a really great team with a lot ofexperience and knowledge to continue to learn and develop from.
As the Finance Administrator, you will have a fantastic long term opportunity with full support in your career.What will you be doing?
Finance
- Manage and communicate to head office daily financial reports (till and PDQ)
- Responsible for end of day deadline update to HO: Collate, resolve discrepancies and submit daily sales
- Submit all supplier invoices and inputting
- Manage and report all debtors.
- Reporting Bi-Monthly to store management
- Receive, process and record all VAT forms
- Record and process all cash payments with regular banking of cash
- Petty cash management and monthly reporting to Head Office
- Intercompany invoicing
- Monitoring all deposits, the conversion of special order deposits to stock deposits
Stock
- Overseeing and completing reserves weekly audits, overseeing the master records and creating reports
- Complete end of month reporting to head office, working with the sales team to gather all information
- Support and complete key elements of other Administration roles as set out by the business
Key skills required:
- Minimum 5 years Finance experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of Sage & good Excel knowledge
- Working in a retail HO desirable
