About the role:

Coordinate and secure the customs compliance of the importations & exportations for Orange Business entities in the EMEA Region by supporting internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure that the appropriate information and documentation is used for all shipments in order to achieve efficient imports, exports and deliveries.
Liaise with incountry authorities and 3PLs where necessary

For import compliance:

provide support to internal customers and team with import requirement within the Orange Group in line with Orange Business internal policies.

Collect & audit import documentation. Liaise with in-country authorities and 3PLs where necessary.

About you:

Knowledge of import and export customs operations Experience within International Supply Chain
Strong communication skills both written & oral in an international environment Autonomous and disciplined working ethic
Knowledge of import and export controls (dualuse equipment, ECCN classification, HS code classification, shipping invoice, import declaration) is an advantage
Excellent English spoken and written
Preferably degree level in Supply Chain, Import/Export, Certificate in Customs compliance
Experience 2 or more years' experience in an import and export administrative role
Understanding of import & export compliance rules Familiar with HS code, shipping documentation and import declaration
