Description
Our client, based in Tamworth, requires a Customer Support Co-ordinator / Chargehand Cemeteries & Burials.Duties include managing the day-to-day operations of staff within cemeteries, undertaking the full range of cemeteries duties, which will include dealing with customer enquiries, and liaising with the Council's Burials Officer, funeral directors' other stakeholders, suppliers and contractors.
You will also be required to ensure the health and safety of the team and the public with regards to the cemeteries service.
You will be working at the direction of the Operations Manager to organise and manage all team duties including cyclical works programmes ensuring works are delivered at maximum efficiency on time, within budget.
Further, you will ensure resources are deployed within the team to meet service demand and are undertaken in accordance with agreed standards of service delivery whilst delivering high levels of customer care.
The Package:
- Working 5 days out of 7 per week including bank holidays and weekends as required as part of a rota system.
- 37 hours per week
- Onsite parking
- Temporary contract. Up to a maximum of 24 Months
