Communication and Key Working RelationshipsInfluence colleagues and use skills of persuasion effectively to deliver the Project goals by listening to existing staff and internationally educated registrants to further develop the project.
Support the wider clinical teams with the integration of internationally educated registrants ensuring Trust values and patient safety is integral to the service provision.
Communicate with staff and International educated registrants to ensure training, education and development of the NMC boot camp OSCE program is executed to a high standard.
Providing reports and statistics as required.Lead OSCE/training sessions and participate in the assessment and judgement of clinical skills and NMC requirements for Internationally Educated Registrants and preceptees Maintain relevant records relating to the overseas nurses educational needs as per Trust policies/legal frameworks
