As the Partnership Team Lead on an exciting new programme, you'll oversee a team of Partnership Executives responsible for finding customers in need of a holistic mentoring approach across a wide range of areas, including energy advice, financial inclusion, employability, addiction, mental and physical health issues, low self-esteem and sociability.


The team will work with Wise Group colleagues, external charities and other organisations to identify customers needing help, advice, and guidance from our team of Relational Mentors to improve their circumstances.


Reporting to the Operations Lead, you'll oversee a budget to help market our services while providing leadership and guidance to your dedicated team.
