We're looking for an experienced Account Director to join this award-winning b2b marketing agency on a remote basis.

This is the ideal opportunity for a talented Account Director with a b2b tech or fintech background to play an important role in project deliveryfor a whole host of big name brands.


What you'll be doing:


  • As Account Director you will be managing client accounts and taking appropriate and timely action to ensure expected outcomes are met.
  • Taking the lead on a wide variety of integrated marketing campaigns, writing briefs, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully.
  • Leading a team of Account Managers, developing and coaching them to excel in their roles.
  • Building and nurturing key client relationships, as well as leading new business pitches and establishing relationships with potential clients.

What experience you'll need:


  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Account Manager or Account Director within a b2b marketing agency setting.
  • Spanish language skills would be hugely beneficial.
  • Proven commercial and strategic skills to ensure client accounts are managed successfully, and opportunities are maximised.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to work autonomously whilst developing a team and questioning and challenging when needed.
