We are seeking a Technical Sales Account Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities.

You will work closely withthe technical team to understand the full range of our services and be able to effectively communicate these to clients.

This role will be based out of our offices in Iford, just outside of Christchurch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Communicate the full range of our services to clients and prospects
  • Work closely with the technical team to understand our services and offerings
  • Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends and developments

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in technical sales, account management, or a related role
  • Education: A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and technology solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
  • Strong problemsolving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
