Children Residential Support Worker - Full Time, Permanent


Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children who need it most? Bristol City Council's Children Residential Service is offering a unique opportunity to join our team in providing therapeutic care experiences for children with complex needs.


About Us:

At Bristol City Council, we've redefined our approach to children's residential care.

We've transitioned to smaller homes, with a focus on providing personalised care for 2 to 3 children at a time.

This enables us to better match placements and offer a homely environment where children feel safe, loved, and nurtured.

Our trauma-informed approach ensures that we understand and cater to the individual needs of each child, empowering them to thrive.
