Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Directors' calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring confidentiality and proper organization of important documents.
- Prepare meeting agendas and materials, and take minutes during meetings to ensure accurate recordkeeping and followup on action items.
- Assist in the preparation and formatting of reports, presentations, and other documents related to energy and sustainability projects.
- Maintain and update contact lists, ensuring accurate and uptodate information for clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct research and compile data as needed to support the Directors and ongoing projects.
- Provide general administrative support, assisting with other daytoday tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- A high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- A genuine interest in and commitment to promoting sustainable practices and solutions in the energy sector.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£22,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
