Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
  • Provide information to callers and visitors about the company and its services
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Must be capable of manual handling conference furniture etc. and escorting clients around the building.

Experience:


  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry and working with computerized systems
  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic clerical skills such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
This is a full-time position with regular business hours.

£14.50 per hour
