McCann Birmingham are on the hunt for a talented Project Coordinator to join our growing team. We are looking for a selfstarter and consistently able to deliver results without constant supervision. You will be someone who always pays attention to detail and exercises careful quality control, doublechecking every piece of work and every arrangement to ensure accuracy.
Project Coordinators are happy to assist the team, no matter the task. You will help the Project Management, the Creative/Design departments, Art working studio and the Production department, as well as being comfortable with clientfacing tasks. In this role, you will complete multiple administrative and support tasks to ensure the smooth and successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Gain insight into the client's statement of work and propose solutions to help manage the account more effectively.
Able to offer an informed point of view to the team, consider context, and business implications.
Basic understanding of the financial impact key decisions can have
Demonstrate a clear understanding of the fundamentals of branding and advertising.
Understand principles of effective creative work.
Able to write baselevel briefs for creative, design and copy.
Proactive research into client sector/industry.
Discover and understand the competitive landscape know what bestinclass looks and sounds like.
Master agency processes, understanding the roles of each department in an agency and how best to work with them.
Proactive in supporting on pitches.
Diligence in financial reporting and use of finance tools.
