Helpdesk Analyst is required to join a medium-sized Asset Management organisation to work on supporting end users across the business.

Based in London, it is a permanent opportunity, offering up to £40,000 based on experience.

After recent investment and major transformation in their IT infrastructure and as the business grows, they are now looking for a Helpdesk Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd line desktop support to their end users.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in Desktop Support.
  • Good broad experience in infrastructure technologies (Citrix, Microsoft products, 365 etc).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to face off to senior stakeholders.
