What you'll be doing


The Digital Skills Trainer will work across all areas of the business, identifying learning needs, developing content, and delivering learning interventions that are of high quality, relevant and highly engaging.


As a Digital Skills Trainer, you will be confident in creating and delivering a variety of different content, in addition to being part of multiple learning projects in a diverse industry.


What you'll need to be a success

  • Strong relationship building skills and the ability to show humility and compassion to others
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams and SharePoint.
  • Experience of working on ICT projects to provide training and support to the project team.
  • Suitably qualified with a relevant qualification/experience in L&D (training or teaching) with demonstrable experience in a similar role.
  • Strong track record of delivering learning to a diverse range of people that has had a measurable impact on people and performance
  • Extensive experience of researching, designing, and implementing a variety of learning solutions for digital and business programmes.
  • Successful experience of using online tools and programmes to create engaging and innovative content
  • Car owner with full driving licence, the role is based in Burnley but travel across the Northwest will be required.
