Partnering with universities, their platform provides a powerful AI-enabled management system to supercharge human tutors; a brilliant AI teaching assistant for every course; and a comprehensive support platform for students which optimises teaching resources to resolve student's academic and admin problems on demand.


This innovative start-up has just completed the formal launch of their SaaS product, and already working with prestigious clients in the sector such as Imperial College London.

With exciting growth plans for this year and beyond, they are looking for a driven and inquisitive graduate to join their team as an Education Consultant.

Job description - Partnerships Executive

In this Partnerships Executive in SaaS, you'll support this exciting EdTech start-up's launch, in building out their B2B client base, and growing the reach of the brand.


You will be tasked with managing and developing client relationships; (clients being senior leaders in higher education institutions) developing key outbound strategies in order to engage new business; and nurturing prospects through the pipeline, becoming a brand representative and educating key stakeholders on the products capabilities.


This is a consultative sales position, focused on building meaningful relationships, having intellectual conversations, and educating businesses on the power of this innovative AI product.


As one of this EdTech start-up's first employees, your role will be varied and will evolve to meet the needs of the company, so the ability to be adaptive and work with initiative is key.


Key responsibilities - Partnerships Executive
In this Partnerships Executive position in Education Technology, you'll be involved in:

  • Becoming a crucial first point of contact for inbound new business enquiries
  • Researching and identifying potential customers, building a strong pipeline of businesses to target
  • Engaging with all inbound and outbound prospects in the pipeline, and building meaningful relationships with key stakeholders
  • Building an indepth understanding of the AI product, supported through mentor training
  • Understanding clients' pain points and goals, and confidently and eloquently educating them on the product and it's capabilities
  • Designing and delivering demos with prospects on their webbased SaaS platform
  • Nurturing prospects through the pipeline through to close following up, staying consistent, and focusing on winning their business
  • Maintaining and logging accurate information on prospects and activities
  • Working closely with the founding team on adhoc projects and wider business support
  • Representing the brand online and at industry events
  • Tracking and assessing the results of sales strategies, and evolving these as necessary to achieve optimum new business generation

Job requirements - Partnerships Executive

  • A 2:1 or above degree from university, all degrees are welcome
  • Some officebased commercial experience within B2B sales or a similar clientfacing position would be highly beneficial, but not necessary
  • A real gogetter. You will be incredibly salesdriven and ambitious, and not shy of both inbound and outbound sales activity
  • An incredibly confident communicator (both written and verbal) who is thrives in engaging in conversation with highlevel B2B stakeholders
  • Comfortable presenting you'll be delivering demos of a webbased SaaS platform regularly
  • A total selfstarter. You'll be having an immense impact on a new business which is constantly developing and progressing, you need to be ready for and excited about the fastpaced environment of an earlystage startup
  • A strong operational skillset someone who is incredibly organised and able to track progress of projects and processes
  • A very high level of initiative and ability to start their next task independently, and solve problems solo
