Who are Elite Sales Group?


Elite Sales Group represent some of the leading charities to increase their fundraising efforts and spread the word about everything they do within the local communities.


This role would be supporting one of our amazing charities, Barnardos and Save the Children ,we are currently recruiting for our brand new team at Liverpool John Lennon Airport.


What will I be doing?


You would be working on the charity's frontline, talking to people at many premium venues including major airports, national shows, retail parks and shopping centres.

You will be inspiring people, raising awareness and getting supporters for the charity's regular give campaigns.


What will I receive?
- £20,840 (£12.00 per hour) basic guaranteed salary with £50k OTE in the first year

  • Uncapped commission scheme
  • 35 hours per week this is generally Monday-Sunday working a minimum of 5 days per week.
  • Shift Patterns we offer are the following 4am9am Or 9am2pm Or 2pm7pm.
  • Venue finder bonus we provide all the venues for you but if you find your own, we will reward you for this
  • You will have all equipment provided for you by the charity such as gazebo, stands, uniform and electronic tablet.
  • If you are travelling 45 miles or more each way, all fuel costs will be reimbursed to you.

What experience and skills do I need?

  • 12 months previous experience in direct sales is essential for this role
  • At least 5 years work experience is essential for this role.
  • Willing to work Monday to Friday and weekends where required
