Description

We have some exciting positions for assembly technicians of carbon fibre components, working in our busy and driven teams producing some of the industry's most prestigious projects in motorsport and Automotive performance hyper cars.

Key responsibilities / duties include

Day to day assembly of visual and structural composite components to the required production standards and targets.
Supporting the Team Leaders in their roles as required.
Responsible for maintaining good quality of components throughout its production.
Working safely, liaising with Team Leaders to ensure all tasks are carried out promptly.
Identifying potential problems in manufacture of components, to minimise delays/ errors in production.
Flexibility required at being deployed throughout the composite department.
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the working environment and its associated areas together with good Health & Safety practices at all times.
Ensure route cards are completed accurately and take corrective actions when necessary.
You must have significant experience in assembly of carbon fibre components and the processes involved.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and to be flexible in the event of changing priorities.
Ability to interpret drawings, technical specifications, or any required control documentation.
