**Temporary Contract until 31st March 2025 | £24,294 to £25,979 per annum (Grade E) | 37 hours per week | Norwich

We are looking for an organised, focussed, and resourceful Learning & Development Support Officer to provide a range of high-level administrative support services to the Adults and Children's Learning and Development Team.


If you have previous experience of working in an office, you are flexible and looking for a challenge, we would love to hear from you.

Below are some of the skills we are looking for and you should be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent keyboard and ICT skills, including Excel, Word and Databases
  • Experience of working with MS Teams
  • Experience of processing purchase orders and maintaining budget spreadsheets
  • Excellent customer service and communication/correspondence skills, a good telephone manner
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload
  • Experience of coordinating small events
  • Team working
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Professional conduct and ability to manage sensitive information
  • Friendly and Approachable
  • An awareness of data protection and information management


Effective and timely project support is vital to the team and this post will play a key part in the successful delivery of training activity.
