**Temporary Contract until 31st March 2025 | £24,294 to £25,979 per annum (Grade E) | 37 hours per week | Norwich

We are looking for an organised, focussed, and resourceful Learning & Development Support Officer to provide a range of high-level administrative support services to the Adults and Children's Learning and Development Team.

If you have previous experience of working in an office, you are flexible and looking for a challenge, we would love to hear from you.

Below are some of the skills we are looking for and you should be able to demonstrate:

Excellent keyboard and ICT skills, including Excel, Word and Databases
Experience of working with MS Teams
Experience of processing purchase orders and maintaining budget spreadsheets
Excellent customer service and communication/correspondence skills, a good telephone manner
Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload
Experience of coordinating small events
Team working
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Professional conduct and ability to manage sensitive information
Friendly and Approachable
An awareness of data protection and information management
