Salary £60,000 - £65,000 per annum plus excellent benefits

Skills required in this role:

Expertise in M&E
Having managed an M&E contract of £5m+
Facilities Management experience
Technically qualified in Mechanical/Electrical/Engineering
Ability to manage 3rd party contractors
Experience of developing standard operational procedures
A problem solving nature
Managerial qualities

Our Liverpool city centre client, a leading, well established company requires an expert in M&E to directly manage M&E services and building fabric.

The role requires heavy technical knowledge of M&E, and/or of FM, therefore we are seeking a person who has worked managing an M&E contract of £5M+ - This level of technical knowledge and experience is essential in the role.

We are seeking an individual who meets the following criteria:
Comfortable in the M&E expertise and knowledge that you have

Senior technical leadership experience managing a static or roaming team across a varied estate

Experience with working in a compliance led environment

Experience in project delivery

A good people manager, able to lead and motivate a team

A strong leader

Able to liaise with third party contractors, ensuring that appointed contractors are suitably vetted and qualified and that projects or maintenance works provide value for money

Forward thinking, innovative, naturally looks at ways improve processes

Experience in Facilities Management

Experience of M&E or FM in retail or hospitality would be highly desirable
