Job Role:

Our Security Officers provide the highest level of service relating to the provision of security services within the Luton FBO.

Working as part of the Security department, you will ensure all services are provided to our customers in a safe and professional manner.

What you'll be doing:

Other duties will include:

Ensuring all staff and visitor IDs are valid with the appropriate colour code and access zones in line with policies.
Acting as the first point of contact in resolving or escalating any access alarms, breaches, or system failures, as well as for any passenger, staff, or visitor queries.
Assisting our Airside team with basic duties including wing walking, chocks cones, aircraft arrival and departure procedure, as well as the transport of crew to and from hotels, airport, and aircraft.
Assisting our Customer Service and Front of House teams, playing an active part in the customer journey including luggage, escorting visitor's landside and airside and maintaining standards of the FBO

About you:

You will have strong communication and listening skills with a good understanding of the principles of equality and diversity our customers have grown to expect from their time at Signature Flight Support.

You will be a strong team player with the ability to work calmly and confidently under pressure and in an ever-changing environment.
