A M PLANNED MAINTENANCE LTD are looking for a positive & extremely enthusiastic person with the correct business attitude to be part of our Team.

You need to be a self-motivated & dependable individual, who is forward thinking & has an excellent eye for attention to detail.

You will need to be able to prioritise customer support calls & on-going project work according to customer requirements and have the ability to work both in a team and on your own initiative.


  • Skills/Attributes Required:
  • Experience in customer service / Helpdesk administration, coordinator an advantage
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • A good knowledge level of Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Accurate & attentive inputting skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident & effective communication skills (both written & verbal)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to multitask
  • Willing, positive & upbeat attitude
  • Possess the desire to be proactive & create a positive experience for our Customers Salary on Application
Full Time hours: 37.50 per week
