Due to on going expansion:
A M PLANNED MAINTENANCE LTD are looking for a positive & extremely enthusiastic person with the correct business attitude to be part of our Team.
You need to be a self-motivated & dependable individual, who is forward thinking & has an excellent eye for attention to detail.
You will need to be able to prioritise customer support calls & on-going project work according to customer requirements and have the ability to work both in a team and on your own initiative.
- Skills/Attributes Required:
- Experience in customer service / Helpdesk administration, coordinator an advantage
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- A good knowledge level of Excel, Word & Outlook
- Accurate & attentive inputting skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident & effective communication skills (both written & verbal)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multitask
- Willing, positive & upbeat attitude
- Possess the desire to be proactive & create a positive experience for our Customers Salary on Application

£ £ per year Depending on Age and Experience

£19,139.00-£20,382.00 per year
