A M PLANNED MAINTENANCE LTD are looking for a positive & extremely enthusiastic person with the correct business attitude to be part of our Team.

You need to be a self-motivated & dependable individual, who is forward thinking & has an excellent eye for attention to detail.

You will need to be able to prioritise customer support calls & on-going project work according to customer requirements and have the ability to work both in a team and on your own initiative.

Skills/Attributes Required:
Experience in customer service / Helpdesk administration, coordinator an advantage
Ability to deliver excellent customer service
A good knowledge level of Excel, Word & Outlook
Accurate & attentive inputting skills
Excellent attention to detail
Confident & effective communication skills (both written & verbal)
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to multitask
Willing, positive & upbeat attitude
Possess the desire to be proactive & create a positive experience for our Customers Salary on Application

Full Time hours: 37.50 per week
