Are you a graduate looking to find your dream sales role which allows you to be out and about, on the road, meeting lots of clients in a face to face capacity?

So what will you actually be doing?


Based out on the road, as a Graduate Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for promoting the company's extensive range of DIY products.

You will manage a field sales region covering the North West and look after DIY outlets, national wholesalers andmultiple retail accounts.

Responsible for in store training, merchandising, brand development and growth of profitable sales across your territory.

In addition, you will enrol on the APS Level 4 Sales Apprenticeship, (equivalent to a foundation degree), whichwill give you all the support and training you need to launch a successful career in sales.

You will also be tasked with product demonstrations, will put on trade displays, and facilitate corporate hospitality events.


For this Graduate Area Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Educated to degree level ideally or equivalent but not essential
  • Confidence to speak to a variety of decision makers of all levels
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, possessing great relationship building skills
  • Well presented, professional, articulate
  • Ability to work independently
  • Full UK Driving Licence
