Responsibilities:
- Review, embed and update HR policies.
- Post recruitment adverts and schedule interviews
- Review interviewing techniques and improve
- Gain approval on contract terms and issue offer letters/contracts.
- Thoroughly conduct background checks on prospective employees
- Routinely updates driving license, right to work and DBS checks
- Digitalise HR policies and processes
- Improve and overseeing onboarding/ offboarding process
- Oversee a Group Wide TNA and training plan
- Present ideas to improve efficiencies within your department
- Support succession planning across all departments
- Manage employee relations issues
- Absence management
- Expert in house for all ER matters (we use an external support line for complex matters)
- Implement an appraisal system
- Ensure performance appraisals are regularly conducted. To prevent performance issues prevailing
- compliance
- payroll
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bristol: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Human resources: 5 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- CIPD (preferred)
