We are actively searching for an
Additional Learning Support Administrator on a fixed term basis to join our growing Additional Learning Support department at our
Conway Park Campus for 30 hours per week.

We will offer a salary between
£21,222 - £21,636 per year plus many added incentives including:

About the Job

  • Coordinate the administration of the ALS referrals process from initial enquiry to assessment.
  • Work with the ALS manager and Funding Officer to develop a centralised system for logging and tracking ALS referrals.
  • Provide ongoing, uptodate information to the ALS Manager as to the number and progress of referrals, and alert the manager regarding areas of concern e.g. where service standards are not being met.
  • Develop and manage all administrative systems and data input requirements related to processing ALS referrals.

About You

  • Have good general clerical and administrative skills.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude to customer care, giving examples of your approach to customer care.
