Salary up to £35,000

My client is an award winning consultancy firm that delivers high quality energy and sustainability advice to the property and construction industries.

Due to continued growth, I am recruiting for an exciting Energy Assessor role based remotely.

To be considered for this Energy Assessor role you will:

Be an accredited On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor
Be knowledgeable of building regulations in the UK, particularly in relation to the conservation of fuel and power
Be computer literate and have a good level of general education (maths. Science, English)
Have experience of leading the delivery of sustainability services
Be a team player
Be Self Motivated and able to work well in a fast paced, highpressure environment

Working as an Energy Assessor you will:

Manage high volumes of SAP assessments and EPC's
Provide high quality consultancy and written reports at land purchase and planning stage
Engage with the client and design team to ensure sustainability requirements are considered
Utilize the resources within the team to ensure the client receives timely, high quality advice and assessments
